We need an all-star Marketing Team Trainer - Apprentice who works hard, loves to teach others, and makes working on the team more fun.

-You love marketing and teaching to others**. You excel at marketing, thing about it all the time, and would love to organize that knowledge and share it with outs.

#**The role**

**You’re a creative visionist.** You have extensive expertise in DTC e-commerce advertising, going beyond casual scrolling on Facebook and Instagram for ad ideas. Your skills include identifying target audiences, developing resonant strategies, and driving conversions. Brand shaping is a passion of yours.

**You're an inspiring and relatable coach**. ****You embody inspiration and relatability, creating an engaging and accessible environment for growth and learning for everyone. And always ready to share knowledge and listen to other people’s needs.

**You love organizing and teaching.** You can distill ideas into systems and then teach others those.


**SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:**

- Owns a laptop or a desktop computer that can do basic research and operate social media and email platforms.
- Internet with at least 100mbps speed.

**WORKING CONDITIONS:**

Candidate can work from anywhere, with reliable internet access. They must be able to communicate in a clear and prompt manner. It is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. There will be daily communications with tea ---------- mbers in the Philippines and the US.

**SALARY AND BENEFITS:**

- 35,000 a month and move to 50,000 a month after 6 months.
