INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

Industrial Engineers work to reduce any waste of time, money, materials, energy or other commodities by streamlining procedures and manufacturing processes. This is achieved through the application of specialist knowledge and skills to specify, predict and evaluate results from processes and systems.

The manufacturing role of Engineer is to assure product and process quality by designing testing methods. Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor and material costs. Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.

The applicant must:

1) understand manufacturing process.
2) He also knows how to compute costs in terms of time, materials, etc.
3) He must have an experience in doing Numbers 1 and 2.
