Recruitment Marketing:
Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent to join our life insurance team.
Utilize various channels, including social media and online platforms, to promote recruitment opportunities.
Team Building:
Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process to build a high-performing team of life insurance professionals.
Provide leadership and mentorship to tea
Collaboration with Industry Leaders:
Leverage your experience, especially if you have a background with companies such as Primerica, to bring valuable insights and best practices to our organization.
Establish and maintain relationships with industry leaders and influencers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in life insurance sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong background in recruitment marketing, especially within the life insurance industry.
Previous experience with companies like Primerica is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
