Position: Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote
Start Date: First Week of March
Hours: Part-Time (25 hours per week, transitioning to full-time)
Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our business operations. Key responsibilities include:
CRM Management: Efficiently manage customer relationships through effective utilization of CRM tools.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries and concerns promptly.
Basic Bookkeeping: Record and manage expenses, as well as invoicing clients.
Data Entry: Accurate and timely data entry to maintain organized records.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Housecall Pro, Hubspot, and Quickbooks Online.
Bonus points for expertise in social media management.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and French (both verbal and written).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing back-office support in a remote setting.
Availability to work in the Easter Time zone.
Ability to start in the first week of March.
Compensation:
Part-time at a guaranteed 25 hours per week, transitioning to full-time based on understanding business workflow.
Hourly rate: $15 US per hour.
