Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Employment Checks:
- Ensure drivers complete the 10 Street application.
- Guide drivers through the process of navigating and interacting with the 10 Street application, including clicking required buttons.
- Facilitate the completion of paperwork using Docusign, assisting drivers who may need support or prefer assistance over self-completion.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure all necessary paperwork is filled out accurately and promptly.
2. Clearinghouse Assistance:
- Provide guidance to drivers for logging into the Clearinghouse portal.
- Assist drivers with password recoveries, recognizing that this step can be challenging for many drivers.
- Understand that completion of Clearinghouse requirements is critical for a smooth onboarding process.
- Coordinate closely with the onboarding team to confirm that pre-employment checks and paperwork completion are done effectively before initiating Clearinghouse assistance.

• Ability to effectively communicate instructions and support to drivers.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes, especially related to driver applications and Docusign.
• Patience and understanding when assisting drivers with technical challenges, such as password recoveries.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving to ensure efficient onboarding procedures.
