Amazon Research and Development Team Leader

The Research and Development Team Leader is responsible for the research, planning and implementation of the Company’s new Programs and Protocols. He will be required to oversee the entire development process of new products and programs related to qualitative and quantitative research and the assembly of data found during primary research as well as in depth analysis of the factors influencing the outcome of the business operations . He is also required to keep track of all the costs related to the creation of these new products.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that the Research and Development Team delivers both qualitative and quantitative reliable results week after week, for which they are hold accountable

Improve and optimize the Research and Development process to improve both qualitative and quantitative metrics

Maintain projects on track and hold all parts involved accountable to deliver on time

Unblock bottlenecks and avoid products to be freezed

Understand the products and niches environment in order to make suggestions on the improvement or solve newly research product’s problems to build competitive advantages

Identify any compliance related (FDA, Safety, Health and Security Certificates, Special Approvals, Trademark and Patent Infringements, etc) risks that the new suggested products / niches might pose

Comply results in easy to read and comprehensive reports to the Management

Main Tasks:

Lead, Manage and be Accountable for the Research and Development Team

Train the R&D Team and hold them accountable for their KPIs

Improve and automate the daily processes to optimize the research process

Compile weekly reports with the new products/niches opportunities based on the validated findings of the team

Conduct in-depth research for 1st Green Light validated products on a niche, competitor financial opportunity level, as well as for compliance and product development areas

Oversee the R&D process and use all required tools and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in order for the project to be delivered to Product Launching

Document the activity and ensure that SOPs of the department are always updated
