Melbourne Entertainment Company is seeking a part time Video Editor to create/edit social media reels for our content calendar & update/improve the quality of the videos we have on our website.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Social Media Video Editing (60%)
- Creating Reels for our social channels
- Reels to be shared across all social channels (primarily Instagram)
- Facebook / Tik-Tok / Youtube Shorts / LinkedIn / X / Threads / Google MyBusiness
- Filling our social content pipeline so that we have things to post every day, 365 Days a year
- Creating a vibrant, colour consistent thumbnail images
- Making videos more enticing
Website Video Editing (30%)
- Continually cutting and creating short video clips of our talent from photos shoots & events
- Editing longer videos of our team talking through our blogs
Content Management (10%)
- Saving & organising files, labelling files
- Sifting through event photo albums

SKILLS WE REQUIRE
- At least 1 year experience Colour Grading
- At least 1 year experience editing social media reels
- At least 2 years experience editing videos
