Virtual Assistant (GVA) for Tech Entrepreneur

I am a technology entrepreneur. Currently my main focus areas are a conference that I run, and a coworking centre for tech startups. I'm in need of a VA that is extremely experienced and passionate about technology startups, who I can post tasks to remotely and rely on them being completed well. I require this person to be extremely fluent in english, and have some background in technology with a high level of technical experience. I require someone Monday to Friday to be available full time, however do not require tasks to be actioned immediately so that person does not have to be dedicated to me. I will be using tools such as Slack and Evernote to queue up tasks. This is a long term project that I would like to keep filled for many years to come.

I require someone entrepreneurial who can take a small amount of information (often sent in hurry!) and use large amounts of common sense to ensure tasks get done independently and without having to clarify too much or hand-hold.

Tasks will range from sending emails to people, to collecting info in spreadsheets, to doing research, to posting on social media, to many other diverse items.

I will be making by decision based on the cost and how well the screening questions are answered. The questions are deliberately difficult, partly to filter out the applications easily for me, but also to test if you can do your homework (asking me for clarification will probably tell me that you cant work independently, and therefore will likely not result in a winning bid).

Screening questions (answer all in your first reply):

1) I (Jason Dainter) run a coworking centre called BASE10. Give me the three examples you can find of suitable companies you think would be suitable to move in with their website URL for each.
2) post you a task to 'send a brief polite email to Sam Johnson telling him that he didn't get selected to pitch his startup at Uppstart'. Write a 3 line email including your chosen email signature showing me what you would write.
3) I will be in Tierp at Christmas and plan to visit my parents in England. I need to book a flight for 2 people on 26th december from Stockholm to UK to my parents house in Cambridge. Pick the cheapest flight that is practical and explain your reasons.
4) I need to create a new Slack group called 'Swedish Spacemakers' and need to add in 3 people inititially, welcoming them to the group then pinging me in that group. Explain the step by step process in a numbered list how you would do that (in detail).
5) I need to buy a domain on Loopia, new account with pass jason123, with same credentials I used for Pay via klarna. Explain the detailed steps in how you would do this in a numbered list.
