Business Analyst/Product Owner

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Your primary responsibilities will involve analyzing, documenting, and communicating business processes and requirements to facilitate the development and implementation of effective solutions. The role requires a combination of strong analytical skills, business acumen, and effective communication to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Define and document detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.


Data Analysis:

- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive meaningful insights and support decision-making.
- Develop data models, conduct data profiling, and ensure data integrity in collaboration with data engineers.
Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their effectiveness.


Documentation and Communication:

- Create clear and concise documentation of business processes, requirements, and system designs.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and outcomes.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop test cases and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and address issues identified during testing phases.


Project Management:

Assist in project planning and tracking to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
