- Coordinates with sales team with regards to customer orders, delivery schedule, and collection of payments.
- Organizes and schedules the delivery of sales orders and marketing materials.
- Accurately encode sales orders and payment details in the system.
- Organizes and schedules store visit to check product display.
- Responsible for organizing marketing events and exhibitions. Represents the company at trade shows, exhibitions, conventions, or other public gatherings as appropriate.
- Assists with the production of marketing materials.
