Experienced Rockstar Manager to Join Fast Growing Ecommerce Executive Team

Hello Rockstar Managers and Operations Officers!

My name is Nate and I run an ecommerce/Amazon business and we are looking for someone to join our team as COO (chief operating officer) or as the INTEGRATOR role.

An Integrator is a person who has the Unique Ability to harmoniously integrate the major functions of the business, run the organization, and manage the day-to-day issues that arise. The integrator is the glue that holds the people, processes, systems, priorities, and strategy of the company together.

An integrator is the type of person who is obsessed about organizational clarity. They are great at making sure people are communicating within the organization.

We have good documentation on our business and how our business works, so you will be able to get up to speed relatively easily.

We want you to come in and tie our various business units together such as supply chain, finance, new product development etc. You will work directly under the CEO/Visionary (me) and manage a small team below you.

You do not need to have experience with all the things in our business because we can help you lean, but we do require you to be a fast learner, very detail oriented, good decision maker, and good manager.

Our business is growing really fast and this is a key role for our business growth. If you can prove yourself there is opportuntiy to grow with our company for the long-term.
