Engagement Specialist

Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 10-20 hours per week. Shift may be required to start as early as 4AM PH Time
Industry: Digital Marketing
Notes: This is an independent contractor position with a monthly contract. The vast majority of compensation will be from review bonuses. This is good for those who are looking for an experience to add in their portfolio

Qualifications:
• Degree related to Marketing and Communications preferred
• Minimum experience Digital and Social Media Marketing

Our firm is seeking an individual who is responsible for increasing and overseeing online reviews for a law firm. The successful candidate will encourage our target audience to engage in giving feedback to increase our social media presence, reputation and brand awareness. The Engagement Specialist must work to understand the unique perspective of the target audience, and their wants, needs, and priorities, in order to improve their interaction with the company or organization.

Other Skills / Requirements:
• Must be knowledgeable in navigating Yelp and Google my business
• Must be familiar with different Social Media Platforms and other Social listings
• Must be creative in developing programs and methods for engaging an audience toward the success of the goal
• Must be flexible, dynamic, and engaging with strong interpersonal skills
• Must be proficient in marketing engagement techniques designed to connect with an audience

Duties:
• Engage with other businesses and individuals to increase online reviews for a law firm.
• Engage with reviewers.
• Create social media groups to get reviews from the target audience.
• Spend time in listening or reading about the feedback of our clients and acknowledge them
• Build a warm and welcoming engagement process for community members and clients.
