MUST BE SUPER KEEN TO SOP’S AND ADDING TO THEM IF POSSIBLE FOR NEW HIREES.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE DOING RESEARCH ON OWN AND CREATING PRESENTATIONS FOR CLIENTS IF REQUIRED

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Project Management: Oversee and delegate projects, ensuring effective execution and follow-up.
- Proactively reach out to a high volume of prospects every day (200 leads per day) via cold calls and cold emails. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for the company. This involves understanding the needs and requirements of a prospect and figuring out if our offering could be a potential solution.
-Engaging in consultative selling by understanding clients' unique needs and tailoring our solution to meet their requirements. Closing sales deals after recommending the best fit for the prospect.
- Maintain detailed records of calls made and results achieved in our CRM. This is crucial for tracking progress and ensuring future follow-ups.
- Design multistep messaging, reminder, and follow-up sequences via SMS and email to optimize engagement and sales.
- Utilize Zap integrations to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Set up applications in NoCode products for seamless operations.
- We’re looking for an emerging leader who has the potential to head a team in the future that will report directly to you. Having leadership experience is a MAJOR plus
- You've done it all from managing schedules to email & calendar management. You have a meticulous eye for detail where Prioritization and Organization are your love language
- Creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- You’ll ensure each business function has detailed documentation for repeatable and scalable growth if it isn't already place. If you see gaps, you take the initiative to fill them and produce results without anyone knowing there was an issue.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team.


COMPENSATION

- Hourly rate of $6 US ( Once 1 Month Probationary Period is Cleared )
- You earn commission on every sale from day one, with no capacity ( Commission will be discussed via interview )


REQUIREMENTS:

- 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience in advertising and/or digital marketing (Preferred)
- C2 Level English (Fluent, no accent). This includes both written and verbal communication.
-A stable internet connection to stay connected ( A reliable HotSpot or Pocket Wifi in case of internet loss)
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written and presentations
- Proactive and can solve problems independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
- Analytics w/ Google Sheets/Excel
- Knowledge in advertising and digital marketing concepts, such as impressions, click-through-rate (CTR), cost per impression (CPM), cost per click (CPC), etc
- AI Proficiency: Utilize and leverage tools like ChatGPT for various tasks, demonstrating a strong understanding of generative AI capabilities.
- A USB noise-canceling headset to immerse yourself in successful conversations
- Excellent communication skills. As the first point of contact with potential customers, you must be able to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus. These systems are integral to our operations, and knowledge of them is beneficial.
- Cool under pressure and a fast worker who makes minimal mistakes
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

- 10 Paid Holidays Anually ( Please make a list of the days and provide them. )
- Overtime 25% more than average hourly rate ( If exceeds more than 8 hours in one day. )
- Premium pay, if employee works on their rest day they are entitled to an extra 30% of their daily salary.
