Responsibilities
• Engaging CEOs, Vice Presidents and all other senior level decision-makers over the phone to understand their business objectives and match them with the benefits of attending our events
• Identifying the target market and prospective companies and investigating their business needs in order to engage them to take up high value sponsorship packages
• Develop a continuous pipeline of leads to generate new business opportunities
• Generate maximum revenue on any given event and exceed monthly and yearly sponsorship sales revenue targets
• Make at least 50 sales telephone calls per day on average, and email sponsorship sales proposals to potential sponsors
Requirements
• Relevant sales experience will be an added advantage (especially Business to Business sales)
• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude, Cheerful and Confident personality
• Resilient and determined in the face of rejection
• Hard working, articulate and highly motivated team player
• Ability to take criticism and be flexible to changing their personal selling styles when required
We would prefer someone with customer service experience and a bubbly voice and perform well with deadlines
-Reliable and positive working attitude
-Internet Connection must be stable 1.5MBPS minimum
-Good and clear headset -Quiet working room (no baby crying,dogs barking rooster crowing etc)
-Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday GMT+8 )
