Project Manager Agile

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our clients' satisfaction. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Project Planning and Execution:**
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless execution.

2. **Resource Management:**
- Manage and allocate resources appropriately to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

3. **Client Communication:**
- Maintain clear and constant communication with clients.
- Adjust project constraints based on client feedback and requirements.

4. **Quality Control:**
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee the quality of the outputs and ensure they meet client expectations.

5. **Team Leadership:**
- Lead and motivate project tea ---------- mbers.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

6. **Risk Management:**
- Identify and manage risks, proposing mitigation strategies.

7. **Reporting:**
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Proven working experience in project management.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
