We are a Property Management Company in Seattle, the United States. We are looking for a long-term, full-time property manager focusing on Leasing.

Responsibilities:
* Answer prospect questions about our properties, applications, and leases
* Process rental applications, including income verification, background checks, etc.
* Work with applicants and owners to create a lease
* Lease changes and edits as needed

Requirements:
* Appfolio Experience – Min. of 1 year
* Property Management Related Experience - Min. of 3 years
* High English Proficiency – Both written and spoken
* Problem Solver
* Detail Oriented
* Proficient Computer Skills
* Self-starter
* Computer access and a good stable internet connection
* Workday begins at 8:00 am PST 5 days a week - may require shifts
