JOB OVERVIEW

We are on the hunt for a diligent and skilled Content Editor to meticulously sift through our existing training videos and craft an up-to-date employee handbook and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will not only be experienced in this type of content extraction and documentation but will also be comfortable using the Floik app to bring these materials to life.

Responsibilities:

Thoroughly review our current training videos, pinpointing essential instructions and guidelines.
Extract pertinent information to develop a structured, accessible employee handbook and SOPs.
Utilize the Floik app to design and format the documents in a user-friendly manner.
Engage with management to resolve any questions and validate the accuracy of the information.
Update any obsolete content, such as software instructions and organizational roles.
Collaborate with the team to polish and refine the handbook based on provided feedback.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in content editing, particularly with instructional or educational material.
A portfolio showcasing previous work, ideally including visual evidence such as Google Docs, handbooks, or SOPs you have created.
Independent worker with exceptional skills in condensing complex multimedia content into clear written documentation.
Prior experience with documentation tools like Floik or Scribe is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and inquiry.
Available to commence immediately, with a commitment to a fast-paced timeline to accommodate our upcoming new hires.

Compensation:

$10 per hour (wise/remitly)
Opportunity for ongoing projects based on performance and need.
