We are a US based company that is in dire need of a customer service representative that is online most of the day, usually around 7am to 7pm Philippine Standard Time. Your job is to cater to clients' needs and inquiries through chat/call/email but mostly through chat (we will teach you). It's that simple! Salary starts at 5,000Php per month (1,250Php per week) paid through PayPal. Please note that this will only be your STARTING salary only. We will mark it up after a month if you're doing pretty well with the job.
Qualifications:
- Preferably female
- Good command of the English language (we have clients from different countries all over the globe)
- Social media/tech savvy (you'll soon need to organize social media accounts after you get the hang of things)
- Experience with Zendesk and Zopim is a plus (but not required as we can teach you)
- Very patient and keen with details
- Smart/Fast learner and works with initiative
- Optimistic with a “can-do” attitude
- Hard working with a pleasing personality
