- Strategically manage ad campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Radio, TV, mailers)
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Generate comprehensive weekly reports on ad performance
- Provide data-driven recommendations to maintain ad freshness and maximize ROI
- Independently research and leverage our knowledge base for innovative marketing initiatives
- Utilize tools such as Canva, Slack, and Asana for effective collaboration

Community Engagement Expertise:
- Establish relationships with local companies through scheduled meet and greets with our CEO
- Maintain strong ties with existing partner companies
- Develop and implement incentivization programs to foster community engagement

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ad optimization and performance monitoring
- Ability to work independently and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Proficiency in Canva, Slack, and project management software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional relationship-building skills for effective community engagement
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Availability during EST time to fulfill necessary communication duties with supervisors and vendors
