Position Summary: The Medical Collections Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving outstanding medical bills and claims. This role requires a deep understanding of medical billing, insurance processes, and patient communication to ensure timely and accurate payment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collections and Follow-up:

Review outstanding accounts to determine which patients require contact.
Initiate contact with patients to discuss unpaid bills, offer solutions, and set up payment plans as necessary.
Work closely with insurance companies to ensure claims are paid.
