Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive training modules and developing a robust Learning Management System (LMS) for our SaaS Buildings Assets Management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Module Development:
- Design and develop engaging and effective training modules for end-users, administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
- Utilize various instructional design methodologies to create interactive and dynamic learning experiences.

2. LMS Implementation and Management:
- Lead the implementation of a Learning Management System tailored to the needs of our SaaS platform.
- Customize and configure the LMS to optimize user experience and tracking capabilities.
- Regularly update and maintain the LMS to reflect changes in the platform and industry best practices.

3. User Support and Engagement:
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to training modules and the LMS.
- Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging user engagement and participation.

4. Assessment and Analytics:
- Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Utilize analytics and reporting features within the LMS to track user progress and identify areas for improvement.

5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and marketing, to gather information and ensure training materials align with product updates.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve training programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and developing training modules for software applications.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and their configuration.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
