This is a full time job which requires 40 hours a week. Our company is searching for young talent who are willing to grow with us. Opportunity in the future for VA manager positions. We would prefer to promote from our employed assistants so there is opportunity for growth.

Below is a description of pay and opportunities:
??- Wage starts at $4 per hour, increases overtime as quality of leads increases.
??- Earn bonuses every month based on your leads found.
- ??Chance to earn $8 to $10 per hour down the road as a Manager.

You will be required to find 8 to 10 new flips working 8 hours per day using different sourcing methods. I am looking for someone with great knowledge in sourcing. You must have prior experience. It takes 2 months+ to train a new employee, therefore we hire only experienced people in Online Arbitrage. You must already know how to use various sourcing methods.

This wage starts at $4 per hour. We will consider raises after 1 month of employment depending on quality of leads and experience, and then after that in 6 months. Opportunity to make $5 to $6 by the end of the year and opportunity to be promoted to a higher position in the future.
