Customer support agent for a short term rental company

The agent will have direct contact with our guests through our platform. He/she will be in charge of answering questions, confirming reservations, deal with cancellations, extensions, etc. The agent will also help with admin work such as onboarding our listings to different platforms and also help with documentation.
