We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our client's team as an Administrative Assistant.



As the Administrative Assistant, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and providing crucial support to back-end operations. We are specifically looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can effectively bring ideas to fruition, and maintains a strong focus on detail. What you will be doing:

Data entry

Admin tasks

Follow up leads and keep the CRM system data accurate and up to date.

Organise meetings and handle email communications efficiently.

Coordinate project tasks, schedules, update inventory lists, and ensure the team stays productive.

Manage social media accounts and make minor edits to website.

Assist in keeping financial records up to date, processing invoices and payroll, and managing expense receipt.



Who we are looking for:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Excellent communication skills and highly organised

Proficient in using MS Office

Previous experience in sales support and customer service.

Knowledge in sales CRM (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc,.)
