HR/Account Executive

We are looking for a combo between HR and account executive position.

We are a small staffing agency that has been primarily owner-run since 2020. During this time our client base has grown too large for me to do this myself.

I am looking for someone to take care of 2 aspects. One is the hiring process. When we get a new client you'll meet with them to discuss their needs, and what type of staff member they need. You'll the gather the info, put the job post up, and conduct interviews to find the proper candidate.

The second aspect is client relationship/account executive. For each client you on board you will be their account executive. It is your responsibility to handle your clients concerns, issues, challenges, etc. and resolve it the best you can. Essentially, I need a touch point between myself and my clients as my calendar is full and they are trying to get help during the day.

If you have done HR/Hiring in the past, as well as customer service-related jobs you would be perfect for this role.

The pay is around $4 USD/hr, and with solid performance that can increase. Hours may be lower or more inconsistent towards the start of position and during training, and become more full over time.
