Project Manager (Onboarding Facebook Ad Clients)

We are looking to hire multiple virtual assistants to help with onboarding new clients.
You would shadow an experienced project manager to learn from.
One of the main services that we sell is called Facebook Lead Generation.
We manage the clients facebook ad account to run leads to get them leads.
Once we sell this product to a client, then we need to walk them through onboarding, which includes getting access to their Facebook Page and Facebook Ad account.
You would be responsible for onboarding new clients all day and then you would update that information in our ---------- software to then pass the information off to the next stage of the process, where a Facebook Ads engineer would then finish the process by building ads for the client.
You are just doing the onboarding.

We need someone who is reliable, coachable, organized, and communicates really well.

Our software tools include Slack, Zoom, and ---------- .

Our office hours are 7:30am-4:30pm cst. Our office is in Springfield, Missouri, United States.

You will be paid on a weekly basis via a money transfer and you will start at $6/hour, with raise opportunities after proving yourself.

We conduct group zoom interviews and then finale job interviews, and then we make you a job offer.
