Sales Manager - Inside Sales - Work from Home

We are looking for a full time sales manager to manage our North American sales team. Our sales team are home based inside sales people. The ideal candidate speaks fluent English and has much experience in managing a sales team and training them. This is a bit of an experiment for us as most of our sales managers are located in North America but interested to see what sort of talent we could find overseas.
