Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Facebook Messenger Sales and Chat ---------- . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers on our Facebook page, engaging them through a chat application. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service for our jewelry e-commerce shop.

Key Responsibilities:
* Promptly respond to customer inquiries and messages on our Facebook page using the designated chat application.
* Provide detailed information about our jewelry products, promotions, and services to potential customers.
* Employ sales techniques to encourage purchases and increase sales.
* Handle customer queries and resolve any issues with professionalism and patience.
* Keep up-to-date with our product catalog and current promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
* Maintain a positive and friendly tone throughout all interactions.
* Be able to respond fast to customers.
* We have a set of scripts and message workflow that will be created to push for sales.

Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English. C1 level and up.
* Experience in sales, particularly in e-commerce, is preferred.
* Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
* Fast typer.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
* A customer-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
* Has a fast working computer/laptop.
* Has a reliable internet speed (20Mbps and up), with a back up internet and power plan.
* Experience with using Pancake App is a plus.

Work Schedule and Compensation:
* $2 per hour for starters.
* Working hours are 8 hours per day - 8 am to 5 pm EST, aligned with the US Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. (Philippine night time)
* There are different shifts but will cover the EST timezone.
* Can work on weekends.
* Opportunity for performance-based bonuses.
