Our e-commerce company operates across multiple online marketplaces in Europe and is experiencing growth once again! As a result, we are actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.


Requirements:

- Proficiency in utilizing translation tools such as DeepL and Google Translate for handling unfamiliar foreign languages.
- Demonstrated commitment and a strong willingness to learn.
- Exceptional command of the English language.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection in your workspace.
- Adequate laptop or computer setup.
- Experience working with various online systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Available 40h/week
- Proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Primary Responsibilities:


Key Tasks Overview:
- Assigning attributes to products listed on various online marketplaces.
- Transferring and editing data across different systems.
- Creating and uploading listings on marketplaces in multiple languages.
- Leveraging AI tools to optimize product data.
- Translating and editing images for different language requirements.
- Potential involvement in customer support tasks as your skills develop.
- As your capabilities grow, your set of responsibilities will expand accordingly.


Proficient use of various platforms, including Google Drive, Excel, Word, and different online marketplaces.
Applying attributes to products using tools like Shopify and Baselinker for marketplaces such as EMAG, CDON, and Kaufland.
Utilizing AI tools to enhance product descriptions and titles.
