Reliable And Speedy Video Editor Needed For Publication

Our company owns multiple brands and need a video editor to create journalistic videos educating customers in a fun and engaging way like in the video below. Please check:

More specifically -- the video needs to be subtitled and paced properly in a clear way like in the video with contrasting gradients etc. The video will need to tell a story. We need someone who is able to take a few videos and distill the essence of a story into a short video that is 1 minute or less.
