Ecommerce Marketplace Assistant

We are a dynamic e-commerce business managing a strong presence on multiple online marketplaces including Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center and others. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a to support various activities related to maintaining and enhancing our seller presence on these platforms, including but not limited to:
Brand Registry
Store Creation & Optimization
Listings Optimization
A+ Content

The goal is to expand the sales of our private label brands.

Responsibilities:

File & Listing Maintenance:
- Organize and manage product files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and optimize product listings for visibility and performance.
- Implement best practices for product titles, descriptions, and images.

Report Creation:
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

General Support Activities:
- Assist in daily support tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to address and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center. ChannelAdvisor experience a plus.
2. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
6. Familiarity with e-commerce and marketplace best practices.
