Examples of situations that would qualify- Foreclosure, fire damage, vacant, inheritance, job transfer, job loss, needs work, too much debt and failed business.

You would be HELPING three different people by working by us.
1. The sellers that need to sell.
2. Our company that supplies this service.
3. The independent contractor that works to set up appointments with qualified sellers.
