Outbound Appointment Setter

Job title: Remote Outbound Setter/Cold Caller

Job type: Full time Independent Contractor

Primary Objectives

With the primary responsibility turning a cold contracting business owner that has never heard about us into a scheduled appointment with a sales rep, you will be graded on the number of units booked and hours worked.

Responsibilities

Manage a CRM and database of leads

Call Cold leads from the database and present our pitch

Hold 3-5 minute conversations with prospects

Book Appointments, make sure prospects information is grabbed before booking and confirm date and time with them.

Coordinate with your sales rep to ensure lead and appointment quality

Track calling Metrics and attentd Training meetings

Qualifications & Things We’ll Love About You

1+ years experience in high ticket sales (additional sales experience a plus)

Superb written and verbal communication skills

Strong time-management skills

Compensation

$3/hr + $50/mo Commision for every sale closed (This commision has no limit, as long as the customer stays with us you get your commision every single month)
