Amazon Customer Service and Research Rep

An average day would consist of:
- Responding to emails and product reviews across various Amazon accounts.
- Calling customers in UK and USA
- Data analysis and input
- Researching and producing reports on competitor reviews

Full training and SOPs will be provided.

Candidates must have:
- Exceptional written English
- Good telephone manner
- Amazon Seller Central experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Ability to manage their own workflow and prioritise
- Research Skills
- Able to work and complete tasks with minimal supervision
