We are hiring for the position of transaction and office coordinator. You will be working with our tea
These will be your day-to-day tasks:
1.client’s event and educational seminar marketing packages.
•Follow the event schedules and make the flyers, online evites accordingly, as well as the registration form set up.
2.The daily transaction & office coordinations
• CRM INPUT/ CLIENT MANAGEMENT
• Information management
• Contracts to closing paperwork management ( OFFER WRITEN / LISTING MANAGING / CLOSING COMPLIANCE )
• Customer/Vendor relations
• Property Management Experiences
• Lead Agent communications – daily • Agent Team – daily
• Team agent management / showing coordinator
Knowledge/Skills
KELLER WILLIAMS WORKING EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Bookkeeping skills
• Great ability to focus
• Concerned about doing things the right way
• Calm under pressure
• Learning based
• Service-based attitude
• Proven ability to succeed
• 1–3 years of real estate service experience and management experience
• 3–5 years of administrative experience
We need someone who is knowledgeable with the following tools:
Canva
Mailchimp
video editing/background music add
WIX/Godaddy/WordPress
Other backend tools and websites
