JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

We are looking for someone who can handle our Klarna dispute notifications in Adyen for our e-commerce business. It is important that the dispute notifications get handled within 12 hours after receiving them to keep our great relationship with Klarna.

We only respond to people who can show proof they have actively been working on Klarna disputes via screenshots added to your message and/or templates you use to make sure most disputes are being resolved in your favor. Without track record you will not receive a response. If you have worked with Klarna dispute notifications via Adyen before that is amazing.

What we expect:
- Someone with experience in this field
- Fluent in English speaking/writing
- Great knowledge on how the Klarna (Adyen) dispute notification system works
- Knows how to handle everything in Shopify
- Experience with using Slack
- Is available 7 days a week (not on big festive days such as Christmas etc)
