Remote Property Observer

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Property Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing properties on MapRight to identify key features such as wetlands, road access, and slope. This is a crucial role in our land acquisition process, requiring a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze properties on MapRight.
Identify and mark the presence of wetlands, road access, and slope on each property.
Maintain accurate records of your findings.
Report regularly to the management team with updates and insights.
Work independently while managing a high volume of property reviews.
Requirements:

Basic understanding of property features and land analysis.
Proficiency with MapRight or willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable working environment for remote work.
Hours:

Full-time position, 8 hours per day or whatever you like

Compensation:
$1-2.5 an hour
Note: The pay is modest, but the role offers steady, long-term work and the potential for growth based on performance.
