Over the last 12 months, we have made 3 successful hires from OnlineJobs.ph and we're now looking to further expand our SEO agency by hiring a Schema and Structured Data Specialist.

As a Schema and Structured Data Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to implement, manage, and optimize structured data markup for our SEO clients. We estimate this role will require approximately 10 hours of regular weekly work but could expand to include other technical SEO tasks. We have operated this business for 3 years (we've been an operating agency for 13) and the opportunity for work continues to grow.

This role will typically involve reviewing websites for structured data opportunities, implementing schema markup, and ensuring compliance with best practices and guidelines.

In your response, please answer the following questions:

- Describe your approach to implementing structured data on a website. Which schema types do you prioritize and how do you ensure correct JSON-LD format and syntax?
