ebay,amazon and shopify listing creation with seo and managing them regularly- and amazon product sourcing

I am looking for someone who will regularly create new listings professionally with good image editing and seo based title and description both on amazon, ebay and shopify. additionally I will require amazon wholesaling product research including brand approval and meeting the criteria below :

Prior experience with Amazon and eBay is mandatory.
Proof of work with previous clients

Ability to identify regular, profitable products with the following criteria:
No Amazon or brand dominance.
Not seasonal.
Minimum of 150 monthly sales.
Price greater than £15+.
Products with more than 2 sellers (may not be private label).
Buy box rotation understanding.
Consistent Best Sellers Rank (BSR) and price (BSR should be less than 30,000 in the last 90 days).
Product weight less than 5 kg and standard dimensions.
Less than 4 variations.
Targeting a minimum ROI of 30%+.

Responsibilities:
Reach out to brands for approval and negotiate prices on our behalf.
Manage and optimize eBay listings, including image design.
