Amazon Seller Central Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Amazon Seller Central Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our Amazon store, ensuring optimal performance, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Account Management (Must have experience with flat files) :Handle daily operations on Amazon Seller Central, including listing creation, inventory management and manage cases with Amazon support team.

2. Sales Analysis: Regularly analyze sales data using brand analytics and optimize listings for maximum visibility and conversion.

3. Customer Service: Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

4. Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and potential new product opportunities.

5. Compliance and Problem Solving: Ensure adherence to Amazon's policies and guidelines. Address any issues related to account health, including inventory, shipping, and customer service.
