Job Description:
In this role, you will focus on creating online courses and digital content that explore various aspects of mental health and psychotherapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, technical skills in digital product creation and instructional design.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop online courses on topics related to mental health and psychotherapy, ensuring they are informative, engaging, and clinically accurate.
Collaborate with mental health professionals and therapists to validate content and approach.
Utilize a variety of multimedia and digital tools to create interactive and impactful course materials.
Apply instructional design principles specifically tailored to the learning needs of mental health professionals and interested laypersons.
Update course content regularly based on the latest research, clinical practices, and feedback.
Coordinate with marketing teams to promote courses effectively to target audiences.
Analyze course performance for continuous improvement and effectiveness.
Contribute to the development of promotional strategies to increase course visibility and impact.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology,
Experience in creating digital content related to mental health, psychotherapy, or similar fields.
Proven experience in digital product creation, with a focus on e-learning and course development.
Strong skills in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
Excellent understanding of instructional design models and learning theories.
Ability to work with multimedia and graphic design tools.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Passion for education and innovative learning solutions.
Proficiency in utilizing various online course creation platforms such as Teachable, Thinkific, Podia, Coursera, or other digital education and content delivery platforms
Solid understanding of instructional design, especially as it pertains to mental health education.
Skillful in multimedia and graphic design relevant to educational content creation.
Excellent project management, organizational, and collaborative skills.
Strong communication skills with a sensitivity to mental health topics.
