WordPress Web Developer

We are seeking a talented WordPress Web Developer with a focus on delivering exceptional web user experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in WordPress, coupled with a keen eye for clean and artistic web design and superior user interface design skills. Proficiency in UX design is a significant plus. The candidate should also have extensive experience in front-end web design and the ability to transform existing websites into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.

Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Project Manager and Design Director for project approvals.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Conceptualize creative website design ideas into responsive, high-quality front-end designs.
Create wireframes, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas, emphasizing the enhancement of user experiences.
Present designs and key deliverables to clients.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements:
3+ years of WordPress experience.
Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
Must take an in-house assessment for the employer to evaluate skills.
Proven extensive work experience as a Website Designer.
Excellent web design skills with consideration for UI standards.
Demonstrable web design skills with a strong portfolio.
Solid experience in creating wireframes, process flows, and site maps.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD or other visual design and wireframing tools.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Preferred:
Proficiency or fluency in using the Elementor Builder and other WordPress builders is a plus.
Experience using JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
UX expertise in enhancing user experiences.
Webflow experience is a significant plus.
MUST HAVE A PORTFOLIO OR EXAMPLES OF WEBSITES YOU HAVE BUILT.
