SEO Link Builder

I'm looking for someone to help with with a number of SEO projects. I'm specifically looking for someone to help with build backlinks (all white hat) for my multiple websites. There may be some citation building, etc.. for right now my lack of backlinks is hurting me. Familiarity with WordPress is helpful, this assignment could grow into a full time position.
