SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
· A Medical Sales Team Leader is responsible to meet its sales goals as well as manage a team of Sales Representative who will assess the needs of its clients and offer possible solutions through the company’s products and services. The primary role is to deliver the sales goals, monitor and coach the performance of the sales team and promote and sell the company’s products and services, develop new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supervising a team of sales representative with the objective to meet the sales goals.
· Making appointments to meet and reach out to new and existing customers through various channels such as face-to-face, online, phone calls, social media, etc.
· Preparing pipeline and researches for prospective clients
· Making presentation materials to promote products to hospitals/supermarket and as needed
· Selling products or services to customers, and representing the brand and maintaining customer relationships
· Preparation of contracts and other documentary requirements
· Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
· Monitoring orders and sales, and coordinating with the internal accounting unit
· Spearheading sales meetings and handling of reportorial requirements to management
· Attending conference and seminars and keeping up with industry trends
· Meeting sales target
