JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Assistant and General Admin to join our sales team. This is remote role, requires the candidate to work during Australian business hours. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts and managing administrative tasks to help streamline our processes and enhance our productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales tasks using HubSpot CRM.
Coordinate and track sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
Utilize project management tools such as Trello and ClickUp to monitor and report on project progress.
Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing sales documents, filling out supplier forms
Collaborate closely with tea ---------- mbers to ensure seamless communication and efficient management of sales projects.
Handle additional administrative duties as required to support the team.
Creating invoices in XERO
Following up accounts receivable

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative assistance, preferably in a sales b2b creative services environment
Proven experience and proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
Invoicing in XERO
Solid understanding and experience with project management tools, specifically Trello and ClickUp.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Capacity to work in Australian business hours.
