Position Summary
The Graphic Designer will use their proven creative capabilities to create trending, on brand creative images and video content for Mat Smith Consulting and our clients.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of proven professional experience in a similar role. You are a natural leader in your field of genius, and are someone who likes being ahead of the field, creating industry leading content. You have proven experience in contributing to the attributable growth of a company brand and positioning.
In this role you will provide self-directed actions and resourceful problem solving. If this expectation makes you nervous, do not apply!

Position Responsibilities:
-Create on brand, trending and high-quality content through the use of compelling effects and graphics to enhance visual appeal and storytelling.
-Collaborate closely with our Marketing and Advertising teams to understand project goals, target audience, and messaging.
-Work closely with our Marketing and Advertising teams to promptly revise content based on feedback and direction from the teams.
-Stay ahead and up-to-date with industry trends, editing techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve content quality.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
-Communicate effectively with tea ---------- mbers to ensure the project's vision is achieved.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will have:

-Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work and approach to storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics;
-Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva etc.);
-Proficiency in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is a plus;
-Proficiency in creating content suitable for use on social media platforms, namely Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and LinkedIn; and
-Strong written and verbal English

The successful candidate is self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for social media.
