Job Summary:
We are seeking someone who can assist in maintaining rigorous standards and ensuring that every interaction with our clients exhibits professionalism, attentiveness, and a commitment to addressing their needs effectively both in the software, in our training, and of course in support.
You will be improving & creating processes, systems, SOPs and be on the frontline talking and supporting our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Think for him/herself. Critical thinking
* Analyze and troubleshoot
* Will become a Mailvio product expert but already has plenty of experience with
