Virtual Assistant - Client Onboarding Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Client Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up e-commerce selling stores/accounts for our clients. You will work closely with clients to gather necessary details for account setup. Additionally, ensuring clients feel confident and informed about the security of their transactions will be a crucial aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:
- Set up e-commerce selling stores/accounts for clients.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary details for account setup.
- Assure clients that they are in good hands and that all transactions will be securely handled.
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients throughout the onboarding process.

Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in creating Amazon store accounts, Walmart accounts, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Patient, well-versed, and possesses excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrates critical thinking abilities.
- A good communicator who can effectively convey information and address client concerns.

Working Hours:
- Initially part-time, with the potential for a transition to full-time.
- Availability required during business hours in the Pacific Time zone.
