(B) Overview
1. Setting up conversion tracking using Facebook Ads Manager, including Facebook Pixel and Conversion Codes.
2. Coordinating with Web Graphic Designers to ensure Facebook Pixel is properly installed.
3. Optimizing our client's campaigns by analysing data sets to identify what converts and what doesn't.
4. Managing and optimising clients' ad budgets to ensure effective and efficient use.
5. Reporting on clients' statistics, including Cost Per Lead, Costs Per Consult, and Cost of Acquiring A Customer.
6. Monitor clients' funnels to ensure proper functioning, including website and mobile versions, ads account conversions, and forms.
7. Providing education on best practices for Paid Ads to the team and clients.
8. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for team and clients
9. Follow the latest Facebook announcements and report to the team
10. Conduct research on the client's business and buyers' persona for all clients assigned to you
11. Any other ad-hoc tasks relevant to your areas of expertise and strengths

(C) Requirements
1. Minimum of 1 year relevant hands-on experience in Paid Social Media experience in a Digital Marketing agency environment.
