Marketing Consultant

We are looking for a Marketing Consultant who can provide expert advice, guidance, and strategic solutions to our Nursing test preparation business. This includes the following skills/responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: The ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the client's business objectives and target audience. This includes conducting market research, competitor analysis, and understanding industry trends.

Digital Marketing Expertise: A solid understanding of various digital marketing channels such as social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and more.

Data Analysis: Being able to interpret marketing data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Problem-Solving: The ability to identify marketing challenges and provide practical solutions to achieve the client's objectives.

Analytical Thinking: Apart from data analysis, being able to think critically and approach marketing problems from multiple angles.

Brand Management: Understanding the importance of branding and how to maintain consistent brand messaging across different marketing channels.

Market Segmentation: Identifying target audiences and creating tailored marketing campaigns for different customer segments.

ROI Analysis: Evaluating the return on investment for marketing initiatives and optimizing campaigns to maximize results.

Sales and Conversion Funnel Understanding: Knowing how to guide potential customers through the sales funnel and optimize conversion rates at each stage.

Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 5+ years experience particularly in doing B2B sales and preferably in the international market
- Exceptional spoken and written English skills
- Experience with Health Education/Test Preparation Industry (preferred)
- Master’s degree or higher in Business Development or Marketing
- Licenses and certifications in marketing/business development (preferred)

Notes:
- Job will start at a part time position of 20hrs a week then will move to a full-time position of 40hrs a week.
